Antojitos (Snacks & Entrees)

1. Crispy Tacos / "Tacos Dorados".
2. Sopes. A thick small tortilla covered with a layer of black beans. Lettuce, chicken and tasty cheese is added on top.
3. Gorditas with chicharron or black beans. A very thick and small tortilla opened by the midle and filled with chicharron or black beans.
4. Tlacoyos filled with black beans or chickpeas. Tlacoyo is a thick large tortilla filled either with black beans or chickpeas.
5. Empanadas filled with tinga, cheese or chilli con carne. Empanada is a sealed fried quesadilla. Served with lettuce, cheese and cream.
6. Chicken or Beef crispy taquitos. Chichen or beef wraped into a tortilla, then fried to make it golden and crispy.
7. Red or Green Chilaquiles. Nacho Chips softened with red or green salsa. Chicken, cream, diced onion and cheese added on top.
8. Tamales (green, sliced chilli, mole, sweet) *
9. Tamales at Oaxaca style (Chicken or Pork) *
Cost is per dozen at $30 AUD (except tamales)
* Cost for the tamales is $36 AUD per dozen
Taquizas (Tacos for everyone. Main Dishes)
The Taquizas includes green and red salsas , white or red rice , bay or black refried beans and three dishes to choose. Cost per person is $20 AUD. Extra dish per person is $5 AUD
DISHES:
1. Pastor. Delicious Mexican pork tipically cooked in a rotating spit at the "kebab" style.
2. Beef or Chicken Alambre. The Mexican shashlick or fajitas cooked style with red and green capsicum, salt, pepper and onion.
3. Chicharrón with green or red salsa. Pork crackle swamp with green or red sauce.
4. Pork with green salsa or pasilla chilli.
5. Potatoes with chorizo.
6. Tinga with chipotle or poblana. Tomato and Chicken stew prepared with chipotle chilli or sliced Puebla style chilli.
7. Rajas poblanas. Sliced Puebla style Chilli prepared with onion.
8. Mexican Calabacitas. Zucchini at the real Mexican Style.
9. Drown Eggs with sliced Chilli and cactus.
10. Scrambled Eggs with red or green sauce.
11. Picadillo. Juicy minced beef with salt, pepper and onion.
12. Beef with pasilla chilli.
13. Red Mole with Chicken. "Mole" is the most elaborated paste made in Mexico with more than 30 ingredients.
Acompañamientos (Sides)
The Acompañamientos are sold by quarter of kilo (250 gr) at $15 AUD per quarter.
1.Guacamole with corn chips. The classic Mexican avocado paste with lime and onion. The perfect side for Mexican Food.
2.Frijoles charros. Black Beans at the "charro" style. With bacon, chorizo and tomato puree.
3.Frijoles with chorizo. Black beans with chorizo.
Postres (Desserts)
Cost for the postres is by unit (Each unit is prepared for 8-12 persons)
