HISTORY
Cualli was born on December 2007. It started operations attending two markets: Upper Ferntree Gully and Dingley Village market.
After four months of succesful operations, Cualli had already taken part at the "Plaza del Mercado" festival in the Victoria Market, serving more than a 1,000 people in a single day. We organized a big event on Mother's Day (May 10th according with the Mexican Tradition) and we had served at different catering events within the Latin community.
All those efforts, gave Cualli a well recognized place within the multicultural Melbournian community.
In May 2008, we started supplying bars and restaurants, while keeping our contact with the community through our catering services.
Thanks to our customers invaluable suggestions and comments, we reorganize our operations on September 2008 to offer a better service and the best quality to our valued customers.
